If You Are a New Guest​

Please follow the instructions below for clear guidance on requirements, creating a profile and booking.

Requirements

Your puppy must be at least 3 months old and fully vaccinated with their shots to play in daycare.

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, and Kennel Cough, along with a flea and tick prevention program from April to November.

All pups will need a trial observation sessions typically last half a day and are provided at no cost.

How to Create a Profile

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, you’ll create an account on Gingr, a trusted platform designed specifically for pet businesses.

Step 1: Sign Up

If you don’t have a ChiChi’s Pet Resort online account, press “Sign Up” button below and complete the two-page form to create a profile for you and your dog.

Step 2: Login

Select the “Login” button below. Use the email and password you signed up with to log into your account.

Step 3: Upload the vaccine records

Click on Record Update Notification and upload the documents. If you do not have all of your documents ready, please bring them with you to your first visit after your appointment.

How to Make a Booking

Step 1: Start a Booking

Find the “New Booking” section on your account dashboard, click on your dog’s name, and then press “Start Booking.”

Step 2: Select the Booking Category

Select “Reservation” under the Booking Category, then choose “Onboarding Assessment Day.”

Step 3: Select Date & Time

Choose a date and specify the approximate drop-off and pick-up times. Please note, we ask that you leave your dog with us for at least 4 hours on their first day.

Step 4: Choose Services & Add Notes

Select any additional services you’d like, and add any notes or information you think we should know about your dog. Press “Review” to check your details.

Step 5: Submit Request​

What to Bring On Your First Day

For their assessment day, simply bring your pup on a leash, along with their food and any treats you’d like us to give. If you haven’t uploaded their vaccination records, please bring those too. Feel free to bring comfort items like their favorite toys, blanket, or bed to help them feel at home.

Your Pup’s First Day At ChiChi

First, we bring your dog to their private suite to help them acclimate to the new environment. Next, one of our handlers will gently escort them to the play yard for an assessment, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. If all goes well, we’ll introduce your dog to a neutral companion for a calm, supervised meeting—first across the fence, then in the same yard. Once we’re confident your dog is ready, we’ll gradually introduce them to other dogs with similar temperaments and play styles. This process allows us to build trust and create a positive experience tailored to your dog’s unique needs.
