Your puppy must be at least 3 months old and fully vaccinated with their shots to play in daycare.

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, and Kennel Cough. Please consult your veterinarian for further details.

Our complimentary onboarding assessment is designed to ensure both the safety of your pup and our staff. During this 3-4 hour session, you can enjoy some time to yourself while your pup gets time to familiarize themselves with a new environment and handlers. We get to know your pup’s unique characteristics and personality, and observe for signs of anxiety or territorial behaviour in the absence of their parents. We support them in getting settled with lots of patience and gentle encouragement. We carefully assess their energy level, confidence, playing style and temperament. We then gradually introduce them to compatible companions positive, harmonious experience in the play area.  Our goal is to make your dog feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy their time with us.

We accommodate all diet types, including raw, dry or mix of wet and dry foods, and will maintain your pup’s regular mealtimes from home.To prevent Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV), we ensure that each dog gets 1 to 1.5 hours to digest their meal fully before returning to play. Please bring enough food for the duration of their stay. In the case that food runs out, we can procure it for you at an additional cost.

For their assessment day, simply bring your pup on a leash, along with their food and any treats you’d like us to give. If you haven’t uploaded their vaccination records, please bring those too. Yes, we gladly administer medications for chronic and stable conditions, including pills, injections, and sprays. The fee is $5 per day, covering up to three administrations.
